"This is a fairly decent place to stay in the Lujiazui area. It is accessible to Superbrand Mall and is within walking distance to the shopping area around Nextage Center. It has slightly more affordable rents than its neighbour, Summit Residences. I believe the estate is fairly new but the lobbies and surroundings are starting to show a little wear and tear. Many foreigners live within this residential compound, quite a few with small kids. We like the BBQ pit areas that you can book - quite nice during the cooler summer days. The landscaping is quite nice too. Security is fairly tight, so that's good."
