"Neighbours are friendly, compound seems safe with security guards being quite vigilant. Location is great, it has access to the shopping centres of Superbrand Mall, Times Square and Nextage. Travelling to Puxi is fairly fuss-free as Summit Residences is located near the Yanan and Fuxing underground road tunnels. It is quite easy to get taxis all year round. Lots of expatriate families, largely foreigners from Asia. Many families have young kids here. Apartments are new. Quality is a little suspect though with small things going wrong with the furnishings and plumbing, but I guess that's a common problem in Shanghai. There are some mould issues with the larger flats. Club facilities could be much better - the place also lacks a pool. But all in all, a nice place to live in."
